Our first headquarters was established in Washington, D.C. in 1982 and has continued to serve as a hub for Search for Common Ground for the last 40 years. It houses the Executive Office and provides global support to our peacebuilding work around the world. With more than 70 staff, our DC-HQ office plays a critical role in leading our global functions, including Programs, Finance, Development, Marketing, Communications, People and Culture, Global Affairs and Partnership, and Strategy Alignment.
