The
Central Asia Administrative and Finance Manager
will be responsible for overseeing all finance, administration, and operational functions for SFCG in Central Asia, with a view to ensure compliance with SFCG and donor regulations. S/he will have a dual reporting to the Country Director in Kyrgyzstan and the Country Director in Uzbekistan. He/she will supervise finance assistants and officers, admin and People and Culture officers, grants officers, oversee budget planning and management and the general cash management of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan offices, ensure the timely request and reconciliation of advances, prepare monthly financial reporting, and provide technical support in financial management to partner organizations. The duty station will be Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
