About the Project: Search is implementing a 24-months action with the overall goal of Nigerian Youth CARE: Nigerian Youth Collective Action for Religious Engagement in Plateau, Bauchi, and Gombe States to advance interreligious tolerance and freedom of religion and belief (FoRB)

 

The project is designed to engage youth through capacity building, trust-building and technical support for (i) a youth-led religious advocacy network and (ii) young influencers and online community stewards with broad appeal across identity groups and generations, the project will empower young women and men from very diverse backgrounds to assume leading roles as FoRB advocates and peacebuilders in their communities. Ultimately, through strategic youth-led digital and real-world initiatives, the project will contribute to shifts in policies, attitudes, and behaviors in favor of religious tolerance and freedom in the target states.

 

Summary of Position: The PAL Officer will provide the main logistical support to their office, liaising closely with the PAL Coordinator and the finance team to ensure good recordkeeping, as well as liaising with the housekeeping staff to support the smooth running of the office. S/he will work under the direct supervision of the PAL Coordinator and closely with the finance and programs team. The position will supervise the office cleaning staff in their office.
