Call for Documenting Success Stories (Supplement Print Or Online Features Stories)
Search for Common Ground (Search) is a worldwide Non-Profit Organization with the primary objective to change the way the world deals with conflict, away from adversarial approaches towards collaborative solutions.
Search has been working in Kenya since 2008, when we launched the award-winning series The Team. Our work has focused on overcoming ethnic, political, social and cultural divides, furthering constructive interaction and healthy relationships between civil society and key government actors, and transforming violent conflict.
In this call, Search intends to identify a service provider that can document success stories of their JISRA project.
In the execution of this task the service provider will need to note that traveling to Mombasa, Kwale, Kilifi, Lamu and Garissa will be required.
In the execution of this task the service provider will be required to deliver:
1. Work in collaboration with Search For Common Ground in documenting the success stories.
2. A Documenting Schedule within the month of July.
3. High Definition pictures of the success stories.
4. An editable draft of the stories documented for check off before publication.
5. A copy of the Publication of the success stories, or a protected link for the published stories.
Therefore the station will need to provide the following in their application;
1. A company profile.
2. Samples of previous work done.
3. A quotation for supplement for documentation and publication of 5 feature stories for print or online publication.

Bids will not be accepted after the deadline.
Bids must be sent in KES currency.
Bids must be submitted on lever only. Please indicate “Success stories - JISRA”
in the subject line.
EVALUATION CRITERIA:
An internal committee will assess the bids received, on the basis of:
1) Proven track record producing high-quality videos for a national and international audience;
2) prior experience producing success stories for international NGOs in Kenya; 3) Knowledge of the target locations ) value for money; 4) shortest delivery date.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS: 8th July 2025
