Position Summary

Search for Common Ground is seeking a dynamic, analytical, and self- motivated individual for the position of Design, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator on the Hustle Project to be based in Sokoto State, Nigeria. This role requires one with experience in designing and implementation of programme monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning.

  

S/he must have concrete experience with monitoring and collection of routine programme data in order to support Search to   gather, analyze, and process complex information related to all aspects of program activity implementation and have it stored in a database. The holder will also ensure that DMEL OKR indicators are collected routinely and used to update the GMS. S/he will support the programme in the use of the routine and non-routine data in the production of performance dashboard to showcase progress towards project results target.  The incumbent carries out his/her work according to an established DMEL standard operating procedure for collecting data, monitoring project progress and measuring program inputs/outputs/outcomes. DMEL Coordinator will directly report to the Hustle Project manager with functional link to DMEL Manager, and liaise with the PDQR and the State programme teams in providing technical support to project Teams on key DMEL activities in the field.
